Constructed from strong, durable fiberglass, the JRace 70series Extended CHONK Flares are built to withstand the harshest conditions. Utilising Double Bias Cloth in the laminate, in addition to the standard Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) used in most fiberglass products, these flares ensure higher structural integrity while maintaining a lightweight profile. The use of isophthalic resin instead of the standard orthophthalic resin further enhances tensile strength, making the CHONK Flares a reliable addition to your 70series Landcruiser.
Resistant Finish
Constructed and finished using an isophthalic resin, these flares seamlessly blend with your vehicle’s aesthetics. The isophthalic resin provides better flexibility compared to orthophthalic resins, reducing the risk of cracking under stress or impact. The isophthalic gel coat not only adds a touch of sophistication but also provides increased chemical resistance and an additional layer of protection against the elements.
Fit and Function
Designed to suit the 70 Series front and 76series rear with track correction, these flares are specifically tailored for 315s with -12 offset rims. Recommended to be installed by a professional as flares are required to be mounted over the factory flares. Flares are supplied in gel coat finish and requires professional painting and relocation of OE mudflaps.
