JRace Industries presents a complete suspension and GVM solution for the Toyota Landcruiser 70 Series. Optimised to increase off road capability without sacrificing on road manners. The JRace Detour 70 provides a significant upgrade from its first-stage variant.
Expertly Designed
Developed completely in house by our mechanical engineers and qualified suspension specialists including a range of purpose-built components to support increased articulation and suspension travel. Things often overlooked by other manufacturers such as poor shackle angle, stiff spring rates which result in poor versatility and extensive sacrifices to comfort have been a key focus in the development of this suspension system. Compared to most “off the shelf” kits which incorporate inefficient, generic components, the Detour 70 is a complete suspension solution, designed from the ground up to get the most possible from the 70series.
Now Available Pre & Post Registration Vehicles
The JRace Detour 70 is federally compliant across Australia, making it accessible for pre-registration vehicles via means of Second Stage Manufacture. Type Approval No. VTA-064058.
The Detour 70 is also available for installation and certification post-registration in selected states, please see below applicability table for availability.

The JRace Detour 70 Kit includes comprehensive installation of all components incorporating necessary adjustments, calibrations, tension checks and final wheel alignment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Detour 70 Kit is inclusive of engineering, there are no hidden or additional costs for certification pre or post registration.

- Upgraded Brake System: Enhanced stopping power for safer, more controlled descents incorporating upgraded handbrake, brake booster and lines.
- Advanced Suspension System: True 4″ leaf springs with increased length paired with optimised shock lengths and custom valving to ensure maximum on road comfort while maintaining articulation offroad.
- Optimised for Comfort: Medium duty leaf springs paired with Airbag assist system to allow for versatility of varying loads, towing and won’t break your back in no load scenarios.
- Tyres and Rims: Certified to run up to a 315/70R17 (34.6″) Mud or All-Terrain tyres on a 17×9 -12 rim
