The scope of our Quality Management System (QMS) includes the design, manufacturing, installation and certification of vehicle suspension, steering and differentials.
Excluded from the scope of our Quality Management System is the fitting of vehicle accessories and general repair work which do not require certification.
We strive to satisfy our customers’ expectations for quality, reliability and excellence. We will actively pursue continuous improvement that enable us to do our job right the first time and every time.
To achieve our intentions, we:
- We endeavour to consistently meet or exceed our clients’ expectations with regards to quality products, timeliness and value for money;
- We continually apply research, development and engineering solutions to achieve greater performance from our products;
- We respond to complaints by acting decisively and seeking win-win outcomes;
- We investigate and resolve all non-conformances within our QMS and take action to prevent or mitigate non-occurrence;
- We educate and train our people to continually improve their skills and knowledge of our products;
- We maintain and calibrate equipment to meet or exceed the applicable industry standards;
- We set ourselves quality objectives to continually strive for improved performance; and
- We maintain and monitor a workplace that supports these objectives.
