We trust your JRace Industries order is correct and has arrived safely. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return a product, then please read the below or contact us.
Our policy lasts 7 Business days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 7 Business days have gone by since your purchase being sent. We highly recommend checking over your purchase as soon as possible after they are received and before fitting or using the product.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refer to Terms & Conditions. Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you approved, your refund will then be processed, and you will be notified via email. Please note for refunds & returns on change of mind or incorrect purchases a 20% restocking fee will apply.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
