Shipping Policy

JRace Industries (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (www.shopjraceindustries.com.au) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our website.

1. Availability & Lead times

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Many of our products are fabricated and painted upon ordering and an estimate Lead Time is provided for all items. Lead Times DO NOT include shipping time.
Please take note of all Lead Times listed on the product pages. Lead Time starts once payment is received. Lead Times remain an estimate only and can vary due to material and part availability.

Allow 2-4 business days for Order Processing. Once your Order has been shipped you will receive an Order Completed email notification. Order Tracking is only available for users who have an Account. Tracking is available under the Orders tab in your Account Menu.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Shipping costs can vary substantially, it is recommended to always update the shipping total to avoid disappointment at checkout.

3. Shipping Times

Shipping estimates are available by contacting the selected Courier directly and providing your unique Consignment Number (provided upon Order Completion to Account Holders). Please keep in mind Shipping delays are common and JRace Industries cannot be held responsible.

Shipping Times do not include Order Processing time detailed above.

Please note that “Express” or “Overnight Express” shipping options are not indicative of shipping times, i.e. “Overnight Express” does not mean you will receive your Order the next day.

4. Change of Mind

JRace Industries will accept returns due to change of mind as long as the item is returned to us in unopened/uninstalled/serviceable condition. Shipping to return the item is paid and arranged by the customer. Once the item has been inspected and accepted a credit will be issued for future purchases. JRace Industries will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

5. Warranty Returns

JRace Industries will happily honour any manufacturer warranty periods. Customers will be required to pay the return shipping, however, will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect JRace Industries to process your warranty claim within 14 days. Depending on the individual manufacturer’s warranty process, you may receive the choice of one of the following:

  • a refund to your payment method
  • a refund in store credit
  • a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

6. Change of Delivery Address

If you have placed an order and require a change of details, please get in contact with us as soon as possible either by email: info@jraceindustries.com.au or calling on: 0449 999 747. Once an order has been collected unfortunately a change of address is not possible.

7. Out of Stock

If an item is listed as out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

8. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us and provide any images you have of the damage. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9. Duties & Taxes

GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
